Bhartgrow is focused on developing a digital application and an admin portal for businesses looking to create a digital platform, referred to as "Services." The Services offered by Bharatgrow include various products to help you sell goods and services to buyers, either online (“Online Services”) by creating your own online store, in person (“POS Services”), or both (collectively called “Services”).
General conditions
The T&Cs govern your access to and use of Bharatgrow.com, as well as any related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”), and the Services provided by the Company. These T&Cs apply to Bhartgrow customers ('businesses'), their clients ('clients of businesses'), channel partners, and any other relevant third parties (collectively referred to as 'you').
The Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without consideration of any conflict of law principles.
By accessing the Site and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you are prohibited from using the Site and must cease use immediately.

You are responsible for monitoring the email address associated with your account, which must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Communications with Bharatgrow can only be verified if they are sent from your primary account email address.
Bharatgrow is not a marketplace or intermediary. It is explicitly agreed by both parties that the contract for the sale of any product or service is a direct agreement between you and the seller of that product or service.
You are solely responsible for all activities and content, including but not limited to products, photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or data that are uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted, or exhibited in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
Any breach or violation of the Terms of Service, as determined solely by Bharatgrow, may result in the immediate termination of your account. Additionally, the Company may report such violations to external authorities, including law enforcement agencies.
Bharatgrow rights
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Not all Services and features are available in every jurisdiction, and we are under no obligation to make them accessible in any specific jurisdiction.
We may, at our sole discretion, remove Materials and suspend or terminate Accounts if we determine that the goods or services offered through a Store, or the Materials uploaded or posted to a Store, violate the T&Cs. However, we are not obligated to do so.
Any form of verbal or written abuse, including threats of abuse or retaliation, directed towards any Bharatgrow customer, employee, member, or officer will lead to the immediate termination of your Account.
Bharatgrow does not pre-screen Materials or goods, and it is solely at our discretion to refuse or remove any Materials or goods from the Service, including those in your Store.
We reserve the right to offer our services to your competitors and make no guarantees of exclusivity in any specific market segment. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that Bharatgrow employees and contractors may also be Bharatgrow customers or merchants and may compete with you, although they are prohibited from using your Confidential Information for this purpose.
In the event of a dispute over Account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to verify or confirm ownership. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your business license, government-issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, or proof of your employment with an entity, among others.
Bharatgrow reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the rightful owner of an Account and to transfer the Account to the legitimate Store Owner. If we are unable to reasonably ascertain the rightful owner, Bhartgrow may temporarily suspend the Account until a resolution is reached between the parties involved, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we may have.
Payment of fees
You agree to pay the applicable fees for your subscription to Online Services and/or POS Services ("Subscription Fees"), as well as any other applicable charges, including but not limited to fees based on sales made through your Store ("Transaction Fees"), and any fees related to the purchase or use of products or services such as bharatgrowappPayments, POS Equipment, shipping, apps, themes, domain names, or Third Party Services ("Additional Fees"). Collectively, the Subscription Fees, Transaction Fees, and Additional Fees are referred to as the "Fees."
The Fees you are required to pay will depend on the plan you select from the options available on the website, as well as any other purchases made through the bharatgrowappplatform, such as SMS credits, storage space, customization, and more. You expressly agree that the Fees are non-refundabl
You are required to maintain a valid payment method on file with us to cover all incurred and recurring Fees. bharatgrowappwill charge the applicable Fees to the payment method you authorize ("Authorized Payment Method"), and will continue to charge this method for all applicable Fees until the Services are terminated and any outstanding Fees are paid in full. Unless otherwise stated, all Fees and charges are in INR, and all payments must be made in INR
Subscription Fees are paid in advance and billed according to the duration of the selected plan (each such date referred to as a "Billing Date"). Transaction Fees and Additional Fees will be charged periodically at Bharatgrow discretion. You will be billed on each Billing Date for any outstanding Fees that have not been previously charged. An invoice for these Fees will be sent to the Store Owner/business via the email provided and will also be available on the Account page of your Store's administration console.
If you fail to pay the Fees according to the billing cycle, we will suspend and revoke access to your Account and Services. Your Account will be reactivated once the outstanding Fees, along with the Fees for the next billing cycle, are paid. During any suspension period, you may not have access to your Account or storefront. If the outstanding Fees remain unpaid for 60 days after suspension, Bharatgrow reserves the right to terminate your Account.
Users must report any billing issues related to Fees within 7 days of the invoice date.
Unless otherwise specified, all Fees exclude applicable central, state, local, or other governmental taxes, including sales, goods and services, harmonized, or any other taxes, fees, or charges currently in effect or introduced in the future (“Taxes”).
